Brief biography.

  • In 1983 he graduated from the history department of the Kiev State University Taras Shevchenko.
  • In 1990 he defended his thesis and received the scientific degree of candidate of historical sciences.
  • In 2013 he defended his thesis and received a degree of Doctor of Historical Sciences.
  • In the 1983-2000 biennium teacher, assistant Zhytomyr State Pedagogical Institute Ivan Franko. Since 2000 works at the Institute of Political and Ethnic Studies Ivan Kuras National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
