The proposed monograph contains an analysis of the current political and socio-cultural situation of the Jewish community of Ukraine during the Russian aggression and the war against Ukraine. Within the framework of the specified scientific and research topic, attention was primarily paid to the study of various aspects of the current state of the Jewish community of Ukraine, especially the attitude of this community to Russian aggression and the participation of Ukrainian Jews in the confrontation with the aggressor country. These areas of research are indicated, analyzed, and disclosed in the text of the monograph.
The research was conducted by employees of the Center for Jewish History and Culture of the Kuras Institute of Political and Ethnic Studies of the NAS of Ukraine and was supported by scientists from other scientific institutions. The monograph was prepared based on the results of the research work "Political and Historical Aspects of the Development of Jewish Communities in Ukraine and Diaspora Countries in the Context of Modern Challenges."
