Kozerod O. Modern EU policy on development and protection of Jewish communities: declarations and realities

The proposed scientific work contains an analysis of the EU's policy regarding the “Jewish question”, as well as the characteristic features of the life of modern Jewish communities in Europe. The monograph examines current issues related to the development of the European Commission's Strategy on combating antisemitism and fostering Jewish life by 2030, as well as its implementation in individual countries of United Europe.  Today, the process of developing new legislation to combat antisemitism based on the IHRA definition, as well as specific measures to promote the development of Jewish life, is an important task not only for the EU but for the entire civilized world. The EU's efforts to develop new legislation on the "Jewish question" are among the most advanced in the world, and countries like the United States, Canada, and others are just beginning this process. The author addresses the issue of combating anti-Semitism in the EU and the reasons for the increasing emigration rates of Jews from the European continent.
