Nataliya Viktorivna Kononenko
Leading Research Scientist at the Department of Political Institutions and Processes, Candidate of Political Sciences.
She was born on September 15, 1971. She graduated from the Drahomanov National Pedagogical University (1994). She was awarded the degree of Candidate of Political Science in 1998.
In 1994-1997, she studied at the graduate school of the Institute of Political and Ethnonational Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
N.V. Kononenko worked at Kuras Institute of Political and Ethnic Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine since 1998 as a Junior Researcher, Researcher, and then she has been working as a Senior Researcher leading researcher at the Department.
She is the author of over 100 publications.
Research interests: the nature of subjectivity in political processes, assessments of the role and influence of subjective institutions and the pace and scale of social transformations, analysis and comparative analysis of the nature of political subjectivity in modern Ukraine and Russia, axiology, values and identity, the influence of the value background of the society on the maturity of political institutions and the formation of political regimes.
