Born in 1980. Junior Research Scientist, Head of Center of Information and Technological Support for Scientific Research at I.F. Kuras Institute of Political and Ethnic Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Education:

  • Donetsk National University, History Faculty, Specialty: Political Science; diploma with honors
  • Donetsk State College of Economy and Chemical Technologies, Specialty: Economy of Enterprise; diploma with honors.
  • Donetsk National University, Faculty of Additional and Allied Trades, Specialty: Computer System Administrator.

From 2002 until 2005 – post-graduate student of the Institute of Political and Ethnic Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

From 2002 – Junior Research Scientist, Head of Center of Information and Technological Support for scientific Research of IPES (from 2003).

During the period of 2002-2006 worked in working groups on scientific research subjects: “Synchronizing of Development of Political and Legal System of Civil Society and Political Culture of Population in Ukraine”, “Ukrainian National Idea: Regional Aspect” and others.

Starting from 2004 teaches “Internet and Politics” course in the Institute of Political Sciences

  • investigation of information processes in politics and in society as a whole;
  • concepts of political communication and interaction;
  • systemized methodology of political process research;
  • theory and practice of Global Information Society and Democracy;
  • national strategies of implementation of information society and democracy theories;
  • philosophic and anthropologic aspects of information society;
  • political culture and conscience in information society;
  • information security of an individual in modern age;
  • Internet in politics, etc.
